 We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition.

1. Return 

-- Products with quality problems, if notified in 7 days (from the date products were received) can be returned for replacement or coupon points.

-- Customer will need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will give you the credit or replacement.

2. Replacement 

-- Products with quality problems, if notified within 30 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and replaced.

-- Customer will need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you.

3. Repair 

-- Products with quality problems, if notified within 12 months (from the date products were received) can be returned and repaired.

-- Customer will need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. 

-- Customers pay charge both ways, but we can ship with new order. 

Returns within 30 days from shipment date can be for exchange or refund at our discretion. Any returns past the 30 day period will be refused and comply with our warranty policy.

4.Summary

All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, please contact our customer service first for an issued RMA.

All products returned must be in original boxes and 100% complete, with ALL original packing materials, all manuals, and other accessories, otherwise returns will be

refused. Any shortages, errors, or damages made to the shipment must be notified to our customer service before returns.

Shipping charges should be prepaid and non-refundable. We will decide whether the good can be refunded according to the actual condition. If the good can be refund,

please use the most economical way and we will compensate your transportation fee. Only shipping for incorrect items delivered to the customer, then shipping

cost is at our expense.
