R830 Four Color Multichannel Fiber Photometry System

The R830 Four Color Multichannel Fiber Photometry system features four excitation wavelengths, including 410 nm, 470 nm, 560 nm, and 640 nm, enabling simultaneous detection of multiple fluorescent indicators. It supports recording of green fluorescent indicators such as GCaMP and dLight, red fluorescent indicators including RCaMP and jRGECO1a, as well as far-red fluorescent indicators like HaloDA1.0.

In addition, the system is capable of simultaneously recording neural activity from up to 9 sites, making it well-suited for complex neural circuit studies and large-scale in vivo experiments.

Overview

The fiber photometry system records changes in the fluorescence intensity of neurons in a specific brain area to reflect neuronal population activity. In the study of neural circuits, the fiber photometry system can perform long-term stable monitoring of the neurons of freely moving animals, and explore the correlation between neural activity and animal behavior.
